- If the customer refuses to accept a package or the address cannot be found or due to any other circumstances the logistic partner cannot deliver the package, no refund will be processed
- Products are custom made exclusively to fulfil your choice, no returns are accepted,
- Can a confirmed Order be cancelled? In case our logistic partners are unable to deliver the product to the desired delivery location due to some circumstances, we will inform you about the cancellation of the product. This cancellation is only possible if the product has not been shipped from our end
